During the registration process and at any time thereafter, we may require you to provide proof of age in the form of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds in the account may be forfeited.
Jurisdictional Restrictions: The mpokik platform is intended primarily for residents of Indonesia. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia or are located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access to our platform from certain jurisdictions at our discretion.
Account Registration: To access gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify us promptly of any changes. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the mpokik platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, mpokik employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of identification documents such as your Indonesian KTP, proof of address, and a selfie holding your identification card. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be requested periodically thereafter. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
Prohibited Persons: The following individuals are prohibited from creating an account or using mpokik services: persons under 21 years of age; persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited; employees of mpokik and their immediate family members; individuals previously banned or self-excluded from the platform; and individuals acting on behalf of or in collusion with other players. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason.
Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must choose a strong password and must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify mpokik customer support immediately. Account Use: Your mpokik account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your account credentials. Any breach of this provision may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and complete information in your account profile. You must not provide false or misleading information or use a false identity. Providing false information constitutes fraud and may result in criminal prosecution in addition to account termination. All identification documents submitted for verification must be authentic, unaltered, and belong to you personally.
Account Monitoring: mpokik reserves the right to monitor account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, compliance with these terms, and to protect the integrity of our platform. We employ automated and manual monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity, including but not limited to irregular betting patterns, bonus abuse, potential collusion, and money laundering activities. Any suspicious activity may result in account investigation, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.
Accepted Payment Methods: mpokik accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The specific payment methods available to you may vary based on your location, account status, and other factors. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000 (Rupiah fifty thousand) for bank transfers and IDR 25,000 (Rupiah twenty-five thousand) for e-wallet deposits. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and your account verification level. VIP players may be eligible for higher deposit limits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Processing Time: Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed instantly during banking hours and credited to your account within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process. E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly 24/7. Processing times are estimates only, and mpokik is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking systems.
Deposit Fees: mpokik does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are your sole responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method uses a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits are processed in IDR, and any currency conversion is performed at the prevailing exchange rate of your payment provider.
Source of Funds: All funds deposited to your mpokik account must originate from legitimate sources and must be your own funds. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, funds that do not belong to you, or funds borrowed from third parties for the purpose of gambling. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds, and failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and confiscation of funds pending investigation.
Withdrawal Process: You may request to withdraw funds from your mpokik account balance at any time, subject to the terms outlined herein. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your name. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and may require identity verification before processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000 (Rupiah one hundred thousand).
Verification Requirements: Before your first withdrawal and periodically thereafter, you must complete our KYC verification process by submitting clear, legible copies of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is successfully completed. Verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours, but may take longer in some cases.
Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours after approval. VIP Gold members enjoy expedited processing within 12 hours, while VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive priority processing within 6 hours. Processing times begin after successful verification and security checks are completed. Funds are transferred to your nominated bank account or e-wallet. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 1-3 business days.
Withdrawal Limits: Daily withdrawal limits vary based on your account verification level and VIP status. Standard verified accounts have a daily limit of IDR 50,000,000 (Rupiah fifty million). Higher limits are available for VIP members. We reserve the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple installments for security purposes. If you wish to withdraw an amount exceeding your limit, please contact customer support to discuss arrangements.
Bonus Wagering: Funds derived from bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. You must complete the specified wagering requirement for any active bonus before requesting a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Detailed bonus terms are provided with each promotional offer.
Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager at least 1x (one times) the total amount of your deposits before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to all players regardless of whether they accept bonuses. Deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without meaningful gaming activity may be flagged as suspicious and subject to investigation. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for withdrawals made without adequate wagering activity.
Bonus Eligibility: mpokik offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. Participation in promotions is optional. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that are provided at the time the offer is made. You must read and understand these specific terms before claiming any bonus. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have completed account verification and made at least one deposit.
Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion but typically range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount. Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may not contribute at all. Maximum Bet Restrictions: While an active bonus is being wagered, you are subject to maximum bet limits. The standard maximum bet limit is IDR 50,000 (Rupiah fifty thousand) per spin or bet round. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while wagering a bonus may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings. Maximum bet limits are clearly stated in each bonus's terms and conditions.
Bonus Abuse: mpokik has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions, employing betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, and any other activity deemed to be abusive or exploitative. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently closed without refund of any deposits.
Promotional Changes: mpokik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We may also exclude specific players from participating in promotions at our discretion. Decisions regarding bonus disputes or interpretation of promotional terms are made by mpokik management and are final and binding.
Game Rules: Each game available on the mpokik platform has specific rules that govern gameplay, payouts, and outcomes. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real money bets. Game rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and paytables are available within each game's information section. mpokik is not responsible for losses incurred due to your failure to understand game rules.
Random Number Generation: All casino games, slots, and lottery draws on mpokik use certified random number generators (RNG) or are based on live results from independent third-party sources. Game outcomes are determined fairly and randomly, and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by players or by mpokik. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure compliance with international gaming fairness standards.
Sports Betting Rules: Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules regarding bet acceptance, settlement, void bets, and dispute resolution. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In cases of abandoned or postponed events, our standard sports betting rules apply. Malfunctions: In the event of a system malfunction, communication error, or software bug, all affected bets and game rounds are void, and all affected wagers are refunded. mpokik is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions. If you notice any technical issue during gameplay, you must stop playing immediately and contact customer support. Continuing to play after noticing a malfunction may void your eligibility for compensation.
Fair Play Policy: All players must play fairly and in good faith. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: colluding with other players, using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software bugs or errors, engaging in arbitrage betting, and any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity. Players found violating our fair play policy will have their accounts terminated, winnings confiscated, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the mpokik platform, and engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
All content on the mpokik platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio-visual materials, is the property of mpokik or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The mpokik name, logo, and all related branding are registered trademarks owned by mpokik.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the mpokik platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the platform without our prior written permission.
Game content, including but not limited to game software, graphics, and soundtracks, is the property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) and is used by mpokik under license. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of game content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action by the intellectual property owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The mpokik platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. mpokik does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. User Responsibility: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred through your use of mpokik services. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means. mpokik is not responsible for any financial hardship, personal problems, or other consequences resulting from your gambling activity.
Third-Party Services: The mpokik platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, or game providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall mpokik's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount you have deposited to your mpokik account in the 90 days preceding the claim, or IDR 10,000,000 (Rupiah ten million), whichever is lower.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Our customer support team will investigate your complaint and provide a response within 7 business days.
Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response from customer support, you may escalate your complaint to our management team by requesting escalation through customer support. Management reviews are typically completed within 14 business days. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and practices. Any disputes arising from these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against mpokik.
Suspension: mpokik reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily at any time if we suspect that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other players. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, request withdrawals, or access certain platform features. We will notify you of any suspension via email and provide an opportunity to respond to the concerns raised.
Termination by mpokik: We reserve the right to terminate your account permanently without prior notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, provide false information, or for any other reason we determine to be necessary to protect the integrity of our platform. Upon termination, all bonuses and pending winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be voided. Any remaining real money balance (excluding voided winnings) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to mpokik.
Termination by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the mpokik platform. Any licenses granted to you under these terms are revoked. You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.
mpokik reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to you via email to your registered email address or through prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these terms were most recently revised.
